Reported risk: On certain ATVs, due to a manufacturing defect, the steering shaft could break. This would result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of an accident causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the steering shaft and replace if necessary. Note: This recall supersedes recall 2013319. Vehicles which received replacement steering shafts under the previous campaign will require re-inspection.
