Reported risk: On certain travel trailers, the axles may have been installed too far forward, which could adversely affect vehicle stability by reducing the amount of weight on the trailer’s tongue. Incorrectly distributed trailer weight could cause an uncontrolled swaying motion, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Heartland will relocate the axles 30.5 cm (12 inches) aft of their current location.
