Reported risk: On certain motorhomes equipped with a Spartan chassis, the air brake chambers may contact the front suspension upper control arms while the vehicle is underway. Continued contact may result in damage sufficient enough to inhibit the full release of the brakes. If one of the front brakes does not fully release, heat could be generated, which could cause the brakes to bind, and the vehicle to pull to one side. This could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Spartan authorized repair facilities will add spacers to the front air spring suspension.
