Reported risk: On certain travel trailers, the Compliance label and the Tire and Loading Information label do not contain correct tire information. The labels incorrectly indicate a load range of ST235/80R16D instead of ST235/80R16E, and a tire pressure of 448 kPa (65 psi) instead of 552 kPa (80 psi). Overloaded and/or under inflated tires may lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Updated labels will be mailed to owners of affected vehicles, along with instructions for proper installation.
Verify each fact at the issuing agency before acting. Recall scope, affected lots, and remediation instructions may be updated by the agency after our last sync.
