Reported risk: On certain vehicles equipped with High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps, the Body Control Module (BCM) was incorrectly programmed during the manufacturing process, thereby preventing parking lamp activation. This could render the vehicle less visible to other motorists during hours of darkness, possibly resulting in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the Body Control Module.
