Reported risk: On certain trailers equipped with the 500 or 800 gallon vacuum excavator, the tank mounting can break, which could allow the tank to fall from the trailer during dumping or transporting. A tank assembly separating from the trailer could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install an updated tank mounting kit.
