Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the dinette area seatbelts may not conform to Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 210 - Seatbelt Assembly Anchorages. Two seatbelt assemblies were placed side by side using three anchorage bolts rather than four bolts. During a crash, stress can cause the attachment to tear and allow the anchor to separate from the body of the vehicle. Failure of the seatbelt anchorage to restrain the occupant as intended would increase the risk of personal injuries during a crash. Correction: Dealers will install additional seatbelt anchorage bolts.
