Reported risk: On certain vehicles that were modified for dual steering controls for use as street sweepers, the right side steering drag link may have been installed incorrectly. This may result in tire contact causing structural weakening and bending of the drag link. This could lead to a loss of steering control and result in a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the drag link, and adjust the steering stops.
