Reported risk: On certain vehicles, an incorrect number of rivets were installed in the front roof cap that attaches to the front roof sheet. In the event of a crash, an inadequate number of rivets in the roof could increase the risk of property damage, personal injury or death to the bus occupants. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, install additional rivets.
