Reported risk: Certain travel trailers may have been inadvertently equipped with incorrect axles during vehicle assembly. The axles installed have a Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) of only 4,400 lbs, instead of 5,080 lbs as intended. As such, the suspension could be unwittingly overloaded, which would result in poor vehicle handling characteristics, increasing the risk of a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the axles with one's rated at 5,080 lbs.
