Reported risk: On certain trucks, the seatbelt tether anchorage system that secures the seat frame to the cab floor may not meet performance requirements. The tether adjuster mechanism may slip during a vehicle crash. As a result, the seat occupant may be subjected to increased risk of injury or death. Correction: Kalmar will supply owners with updated tether straps and installation instructions.
