Reported risk: On certain youth model ATVs, the bushing pivot mount boss on the front suspension arms may have been only partially welded during manufacturing. The suspension arms could fail and separate from the ATV frame, causing a loss of vehicle control and a crash with severe personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the front suspension arm assemblies.
