Reported risk: On certain CTS, CTS-V and SRX vehicles, an interaction between the Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM) and the vehicle electrical system may cause the driver's frontal airbag and/or roof rail airbag to deploy when the ignition key is turned to the "ON" position. A person positioned for driving may receive minor injuries, such as abrasions, from contact with the airbag. Correction: Dealers will replace the SDM.
