Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the angle of the hoses from the hydraulic pump may allow contact with the positive stud on the starter. This could chafe the outer coating of the hose through to the wire braiding and results in arcing and eventual contact with hydraulic fluid which can ignite. Correction: Dealers will replace and/or reorient the hydraulic fittings at the pump and replace the hose as required.
