Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the cooling fan hub mounting bolts could fail resulting in the hub and fan assembly separating from the engine, which may result in equipment damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealer will replace the fan hub mounting bracket by removing the fan hub and rebuilding the assembly with the newly designed mounting bracket.
