Reported risk: Certain trailers equipped with Sealco Spring Brake Control Valves, part number 110700 or 110800. These valves are subject to a corrosion failure of the snap ring, which retains the guide pin. Such a failure will cause an unintentional application of the spring brakes. Correction: Sealco will provide a prevention kit to end use fleets.
