Reported risk: Holland hitch coupler assemblies manufactured between July 18, 2001, and June 18, 2002, part nos. CP-400-H and CP-400-CA. The nut and bolt combination used on the pintle hook jaw assembly were not compatible and may become loose, possibly allowing the tow trailer to detach from the tow vehicle. If the tow trailer becomes detached, a crash is possible and may result in personal injury or death. Correction: Holland will notify its customers and provide replacement parts free of charge.
