Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the liquid propane (LP) gas supply hose located adjacent to the LP tank between the LP regulator and the iron pipe manifold can come into contact with the tank appurtenances guard causing the hose to wear through. This would allow LP gas to be released which could cause a fire. Correction: An elbow will be added to the manifold pipe which will redirect the hose around the guard.
