MUFFLER MOUNTING BRACKETS THAT ATTACH THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND PASSENGER SIDE CAB ENTRY GRABHANDLE TO THE CAB WERE MANUFACTURED WITH INCOMPLETE WELDS. THIS COULD RESULT IN A FALL AND POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS ENTERING THE VEHICLE SHOULD THE GRABHANDLE FAIL.
CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED FOR ADEQUATE MUFFLER BRACKET WELDS AND RE-WELDED IF NECESSARY.
