THE WELD MAY BREAK AWAY FROM THE INTERNAL HINGE PIN LOCKING PLATE ALLOWING THE PIN TO POSSIBLY SLIDE OUT OF POSITION. IF THIS OCCURS THERE IS A CHANCE OF THE BODY FALLING TO EITHER SIDE OR IF BOTH PINS COME OUT, FALLING TO THE REAR. THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO ANYONE IN THE VICINITY OF THE FALLING DUMP BODY OR FLAT RACK.
CORRECTION: A PLATE WILL BE WELDED TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE HINGE PIN AND THE SUPPORT ANGLE.
