Reported risk: SEALANT USED FOR THE ALUMINUM GOVERNOR HOUSING COULD, WHEN THE ENGINE REACHES NORMAL OPERATING TEMPERATURE, PENETRATE THROUGH THE BUSHING AND GET BETWEEN THE THROTTLE SHAFT AND BUSHINGS. THE SHAFT COULD SEIZE ON THE BUSHINGS CAUSING THE ENGINE TO STAY ON FULL THROTTLE AND RESULT IN LOSS OF THROTTLE CONTROL. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A POSSIBLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: THROTTLE SHAFT BUSHINGS IN THE GOVERNOR HOUSING WILL BE REPLACED.
