Reported risk: LOCATED IN ALBERTA AND SASKATCHEWAN. THE FLEXING OF THE THREE LEAF REAR SUSPENSION SPRINGS COULD CAUSE THE DEFORMATION AND LOOSENING OF THE SPRING-TO-AXLE MOUNTING ATTACHMENTS. THIS CAN ULTIMATELY CAUSE THE FRACTURE OF A SPRING LEAF THROUGH THE CENTRE HOLE SECTION AND MAKE THE REMAINING TWO LEAVES SUSCEPTIBLE TO PROGRESSIVE FRACTURE. IF ALL OF THE THREE LEAVES IN A SPRING PACK WERE TO FRACTURE, THE AFFECTED REAR AXLE COULD SUDDENLY SHIFT POSITION AND RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
