Reported risk: The plug of a protection class-I appliance can be inserted into the socket intended for appliances of protection class-II. It is possible to partially insert just one pin of the plug into the adaptor. If only one of the pins is inserted into a socket, the user could touch the other pin of the plug and receive an electric shock.
