Reported risk: The clearance/creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits of the LEDs are not sufficient, and the product lacks the appropriate insulation of the mains cable, external conductors and LED casings, and against humidity. Accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them.
Furthermore, the product's electronic box can be easily opened, the cables are insufficiently anchored and the insultation parts lack dielectric strength. Users have access to live parts of the product and could therefore receive an electric shock when handling it.
