Toluene-2,5-Diamine, 5-Amino-o-cresol,, and uncoupled p-aminopohenol and PPD are extreme skin sensitisers and can trigger allergic contact dermatitis. Furthermore, Toluene-2,5-Diamine may cause cancer, is mutagenic and might affect fertility.
