Reported risk: A low quality cog (not hardened) has been installed in the chain drive. Under stress, it can break, hence the chain drive may no longer be able hold the smoke/heat extraction valve/window, and in the absence of other safety mechanisms installed, the valve/window can fall onto bystanders and injure them.
