Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the air bag control unit may not work properly due to a software error. As a result, the airbag warning light and warning messages may not turn on when there is a problem with the airbag system or the pedestrian protection system. Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall 2022-183. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall also require this repair.
