Reported risk: This recall is for accessory brake levers sold as aftermarket equipment. On certain motorcycles, the adjustment screw on the aftermarket brake lever was set incorrectly. This could cause the front brake to stay on. A front brake that does not release may cause brake wear and could overheat. This problem could also cause a rider to use more throttle than normal and make it unstable in turns. Note: This is a voluntary recall that is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
