Reported risk: It is possible that the hook of one boot can catch on the lace of the other boot, posing a potential fall hazard. As of April 15, 2025, the company has received six reports of the top hook catching on the lace of the other boot in Canada, four of which involved minor injuries. In the United States, the company has received twenty-eight reports of the top hook catching on the lace of the other boot and fifteen of which involved minor injuries. The company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Mexico.
