Reported risk: When the grease gun is pumping grease and the hose is bent near the adapter; a hole can be created in the hose and it may burst near the adaptor end of the hose. This may pose a laceration hazard to the operator. As of March 28, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. The company has received 5 reports of lacerations with some injuries outside of Canada.
