Reported risk: Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that these plush toys do not comply with the Toys Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act . The hard plastic eyes on the plush toy can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. As of November 20 th , 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled plush bunny and dispose of it or return it to the Imagine + store for a refund, with proof of purchase. For more information, consumers can contact Imagine + by telephone at 780-705-7587, Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 11 am to 6 pm (MST), or by email at [email protected] note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
