Reported risk: Medline Industries, LP has initiated a recall on convenience kits containing NEXUS™ Connectors A-EP-081 and A-EP-424 from Epimed International Inc. The connectors may not allow catheters to be inserted as intended if the connector is not in the fully open position. If the defect is not detected before use, there is a risk of medication leakage.
