Reported risk: Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that this children's upper outerwear product has a drawstring that can become caught on playground equipment, fences, or other objects and result in strangulation, or in the case of a vehicle, the child being dragged. As of October 27, 2023, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
