Reported risk: Certain trailer-mounted brush chipper units were equipped with incorrect wheel lug nuts during the assembly process. These incorrect nuts may loosen, which could damage the wheel disc and allow the wheel to separate. A wheel separating from the trailer could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the errant wheel assembly could strike a vehicle, property, or a bystander. These issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the wheel lug nuts.
