Reported risk: On certain semi-trailers equipped with a toolbox, the mounting system which attached the toolbox to the trailer may develop fatigue cracks and fail. A toolbox separating from the trailer could strike another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury.
