Reported risk: On certain fire trucks, the adhesive used to secure the rotation interlock magnets may degrade over time, allowing the aerial to rotate even if the outriggers are not fully deployed. This could cause the vehicle to become unstable and roll over, which may result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will securely fasten the rotation interlock magnets.
