Reported risk: On certain fifth wheel trailers, the power awning switch (located in the cargo compartment) can inadvertently be activated by shifting cargo. As a result, the awning can unfurl unexpectedly, and could strike another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will install a cover over the switch.
