Reported risk: Certain vehicles may not comply with Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 103 - Windshield Defrosting and Defogging. The heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls in these vehicles may intermittently become inoperable when the vehicle is started.
