Reported risk: On certain vehicles, due to a missing clip a coolant line could rub against a braided fuel hose at the AHI 7th injector. Over time, this could cause the fuel hose to become compromised, which could result in fuel spraying onto hot exhaust components increasing the risk of fire causing injury and/or damage to property.
