Reported risk: On certain vehicles, the steering assist cylinder attachment and adjustment points may not have been tightened to specification at time of assembly. This could result in the steering assist cylinder separating from the steering arm, causing a loss of steering assist and increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and fasteners tightened to specification.
