Reported risk: On certain motorhomes, the HSM Quad Steps rivets that hold the steps together may loosen and fail. If the rivets fail the steps could collapse causing a person to fall resulting in injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the rivets with shoulder bolts. Note: This is an expansion of recall 2015-124.
