The tables are removable from the operating room and mate to a docking station installed in the floor of the or via a floor latch mechanism which contains 4 linear actuators. Complaints have reported an inability to dock or undock the operating room table from the floor baseplate, due to malfunction of the actuators within the floor latch locking mechanism.
