Consumers should immediately stop using the electrostatic sprayers with the recalled battery pack, remove the battery pack and dispose of it in accordance with the applicable transportation and waste requirements for lithium-ion batteries, depending on your location. Consumers may contact Victory Innovations for a free replacement battery pack. For more information, consumers can contact Victory Innovations toll free at 1-888-674-2482 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET Monday to Friday or by Email or Online. This is a Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC), and Victory Innovations.
