Reported risk: Threading on the bolts is undersized and as a result, there is insufficient thread engagement with nut. Due to this defect, under certain load conditions, the nut could come lose from the bolt and destabilize the saddle, causing the saddle to tip to one side and the transmission to fall off the jack. As of November 27, 2017, the company has received no reports or injuries related to the use of this product.
