Reported risk: The fusing liner may detach from the back of the applique while still remaining attached to the side seams. This can create a loop within the garment whereby the child's head and neck may get stuck between the lining and the neck opening. Lemur Group inc. has received one report of a child whose neck got stuck in the garment. No injuries were reported.
