Reported risk: The "p-clip" device on the beaded cord is not compliant. Without a tension device securely holding the loop taut, young children may pull the bead chain around their neck, posing a risk of strangulation. If the tension device is not installed, the solar shade or alternated blind will not operate properly. In addition, the blinds do not have the correct generic warning bottom rail label, company information or year of manufacture listed on the product.
