Reported risk: Health Canada's inspection process has revealed that Kilz Complete Primer/Sealer/Stainblocker does not meet the requirements under Canadian law with respect to flame projection. Additional testing by the company identified two additional products, Kilz Original Primer/Sealer/Stainblocker and Kilz Odourless Oil-Base Stain Blocker with the same flammability hazard. Neither Health Canada nor Masterchem Industries LLC has received any reports of incidents or injuries to Canadians related to the use of these products.
