Reported risk: The suspension fittings can break causing a child to fall from the swing, posing a risk of injury. IKEA has received four reports worldwide including one in Germany, two in Austria and one in Canada of the suspension fittings breaking in use. In one incident, a child fell and sustained a fractured leg. There have been no reports of injury in Canada.
