Reported risk: A complaint was received stating that cases of Pinnacle syringe sleeves, labeled with Part Number 3760 (Without opening), had inner boxes labeled with Part Number 3767-WO (With opening). All of the Pinnacle syringe sleeves inside the boxes were of Part Number 3760. Therefore, the boxes labeled as Part Number were mislabeled. Customers who received this lot may have received packages labeled as the 3767-WP Pinnacle syringe sleeves but contained sleeves with no opening.
