Reported risk: The manufacturer of the power control printed circuit board (PCB) changed the control relays to another manufactures relay and that due to some switch timing issues the electrical current traveling through the relays became large enough that the relay contacts were welded together. Once the relay contacts for a function became welded, that function ceases to operate. The welding of the contacts seems to happen more when more than one function is operated at the same time.
